  • Internal Verification / Quality Assurance of Health and Social Care qualifications up to Level 5.
  • Coach, observe and develop a team of IQA's - ensuring high quality performance to meet KPIs and improvement of QARs. 
  • Work in partnership with the Quality Manager and Head of Apprenticeships to review and improve policies, procedures and systems - ensuring best practice and legal compliance.
  • Conduct standardisation sessions and training with Assessors, ensuring awarding organisation, EPA and company quality objectives and targets are achieved.
  • Drive and promote continuous quality improvement and outstanding teaching and learning.
  • To ensure the timely achievement of learners.
  • Contribute towards the Self-Assessment report.
Essential Criteria: 
  • Must have recent experience of working as an IQA within Health and Social Care up to Level 5.
  • Must hold occupational competency in Care Management.
  • Recognised Internal Quality Assurance award (D34, V1, IQA, TAQA L4).
  • Ideally hold own Level 5 in Health and Social Care as a minimum.
  • Must hold relevant occupational competency within Health and Social Care at Management level.
  • Current working knowledge of quality improvement processes and Ofsted requirements.
  • Full, clean, UK driving licence and use of a vehicle.
  • Must be flexible with travel.
