Supervising Social worker- Fostering, Adoption and Permanence Service- 49,418
Nonstop Care is currently working with a well-established Local Authority based in the Reading area and they are looking for an experienced Supervising Social Worker to join their Fostering & Kinship team.
This a Home-based role as you will only travel for your visits, which allows you to manage dairy and allow for a better work/life balance
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation, assessment, supervision, support and ongoing training of Foster Carers.
- You will also contribute to the matching process and assist with placing children with Foster Carers, in accordance with the Agency's ethos and guidelines
