Key Responsibilities:
* Work with SMEs and POs to identify and articulate the value streams and business products within the programme
* How these can be improved by our strategic themes (provisional themes being data sharing, automation, innovation, real-time operations and optimization)
* Work with the architect to understand what the end-to-end services delivered by Systems for Flex look like and how they need to support both our internal and external customers
* Help develop, and ensure alignment to, our long-term strategic vision for systems for flex.
* Be assisted/supported by our Product Analyst who is currently capturing processes, opportunities and challenges in the system.
