An exciting opportunity has arisen for an AI Full Stack Developer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in AI development and coding, with a passion for driving innovation through rapid prototyping and delivering production-grade implementations in a dynamic environment.

Day to Day of the Role:
  • Develop innovative software solutions using the most suitable tools and technologies.
  • Adhere to best practices in source control methodology.
  • Rapidly prototype AI concepts with a ‘try fast, fail fast’ mindset, ready to pivot based on outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with risk management and security considerations in AI services.
  • Deliver solutions with a keen awareness of internal data boundary controls.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven development and coding experience within the AI domain.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Cognitive Services, various MS AI tools, and open-source AI technologies.
  • Experience with Windows and Azure ecosystems, including Application Gateways and Azure Active Directory authentication.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the current LLM landscape, both open-source and proprietary.
  • Familiarity with Linux environments and command-line tools.
  • Hands-on experience with containerisation and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Graph and integration with Office 365 services, including SharePoint Online.
  • Strong API consumption, design, and development skills.
  • Experience with message queuing systems like RabbitMQ and Azure Queue Storage.
  • Solid understanding of source control methodologies, including GIT and Continuous Integration processes.
  • Passion for enhancing AI solution quality beyond conventional unit testing.
  • Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, Typescript, C#, SQL, vector and NoSQL databases, Azure, FastAPI, Flask, Vue.js, Svelte, Tailwind CSS.
  • Experience with graph databases and knowledge graphs is beneficial.
  • Interest in language model training, tuning, and optimisation is highly desirable.
