Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of .Net applications.
- Develop full stack solutions, including front-end, back-end, and database components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and launch new features.
- Mentor junior developers, fostering continuous learning and improvement.
- Ensure applications are performant, high-quality, and responsive.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks and bugs.
- Stay current with industry trends and technologies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Lead .Net Developer or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in .Net framework and .Net Core.
- Experience with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as Angular or React.
- Solid understanding of database design and management (SQL Server, MySQL, etc.).
- Experience with cloud services (Azure, AWS) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
