Im currently working with a well-established Digital Software business who specialise in providing Data Insights, Solutions and Support to a variety of retailers across the UK & US and are looking for aLead Software Engineerto join their growing team. The company have been going for over 15 years, are arguably the market leaders in what they do and are looking for someone to come in once a week to their Reading offices!

The Role Lead Software Engineer
- Reading once a week in the office. Occasional travel once a quarter.
- Working within a team of 4. Company has 4 separate small dev teams of similar size.
- Main requirements are to be really experienced in all levels of C++ - old to new versions.
- As a Lead, you will be the beacon for technical support within the team.
- This will include training, supporting, leading projects but no people management.
Tech Requirements
- £80,000-£90,000.
- Essential Skills: C++ v11/14/17/20
- Bonus Skills: Python/C#, WindowsAPI, Linux, STL, SQL.
- Minimum of 5 years development experience with C++.
- Examples of technical leadership mentoring, Senior looking to step up.
- Strong analytical skills, problem solving and fully confident in the SDLC.
- Happy working with the Senior team, supporting the technical direction of the business.
