The Role:
As a Senior QA Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality of their flagship platform—a mobile data connectivity solution used by customers worldwide. Working within an agile environment, you’ll collaborate with talented developers and stakeholders to refine processes and deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively within an agile delivery team to ensure a high-quality product.
- Review code, contribute to design sessions, and optimize functionality.
- Develop comprehensive test plans and cases to validate performance across platforms.
- Create, maintain, and enhance automated test scripts and pipelines.
- Continuously improve automated testing processes for both platform and application testing.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in UI and API testing, with a strong understanding of both front-end and back-end testing.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Playwright and Selenium.
- Familiarity with Java/TypeScript.
- Detail-oriented with excellent debugging skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive results.
- Experience with JIRA in an agile environment.
- Strong communication skills to explain work and findings effectively.
Desirable Skills (Bonus Points):
- Experience with CI/CD processes and tools like Git and Jenkins.
- Load/performance testing expertise.
