THE ROLEAs an SDET, you'll be at the heart of my client's engineering process, ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of cutting-edge applications for external clients. You’ll combine development expertise with a tester’s mindset, designing and building automated solutions that power seamless CI/CD pipelines.
WHAT YOU’LL DO?? Lead Automation - Design and implement scalable, maintainable automation frameworks from scratch (Playwright is a must).?? Code with Impact - Develop and maintain test scripts using Java, JavaScript, and TypeScript for end-to-end and integration testing.?? Own the Pipeline - Build and optimise CI test pipelines (MS Azure, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).?? Drive Best Practices - Champion coding standards, version control (Git, Bitbucket, Azure Repos), and software testing methodologies.?? Collaborate & Innovate - Work with cross-functional teams to identify issues early and continuously improve quality engineering strategies.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING? Proven automation expertise - Experience building automation frameworks and test suites.? Playwright BDD Mastery - Deep knowledge of UI and API test automation.? Strong Coding Skills - Java, JavaScript, TypeScript.? CI/CD Experience - Expertise in test pipelines (Azure, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).? Performance Testing Know-How - Experience with JMeter, BlazeMeter.? Test Management Mastery - Jira, Zephyr, Xray, Bugzilla.? Enterprise-Level Knowledge - Web, mobile, microservices, databases.
