Yard Operative

The Best Connection are currently recruiting Yard Operatives for our client based near Reading.

• Competitive Pay: £12.50 per hour
• Working Hours: 7.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday
• Job Security: Temporary to Permanent position!!

Key Responsibilities:

• Work outdoors, adapting to various weather conditions
• Load and unload lorries efficiently
• Picking small items
• Maintain a clean and organised site
• Collaborate with the team to complete tasks
• Receive ongoing training for different aspects of the job

It would be a benefit if the successful candidate has a valid Counterbalance FLT Licence!

Requirements:

• Comfortable working in all weather conditions
• Willing to perform repetitive tasks
• Strong team player
• Able to lift loads over 25kg
• Physically fit and ready for hands-on work
• Strong attention to detail with accurate counting skills
