Your Role Will Include:
- Supporting children with Autism, communication needs, and learning difficulties.
- Adapting literacy and language-based interventions to aid development.
- Helping non-verbal and speech-delayed pupils express themselves.
- Working one-to-one or in small groups to deliver tailored learning.
- Assisting with behaviour support and emotional regulation strategies.
- Providing personal care and feeding support, depending on student needs.
- Encouraging confidence and independence in all aspects of learning.
