Academics are working with a school based in Reading to find a talented individual to take on the role of Learning Support Assistant. The successful Learning Support Assistan will be providing support to students aged 4-18, with learning difficulties such as ASD, ADHD and Dyslexia.

The Learning Support Assistant will be a dedicated individual who wants a chance to get experience and develop their skills while working in an educational environment. Working as a Learning Support Assistant is such a fulfilling role that will include adjusting learning material, implementing interventions and providing role model guidance throughout the school day. Academics are looking for a eager individual who is passionate about helping students reach their potential and improve their education to make the most of the Learning Support Assistant position.
