This is your chance to embark on a deeply rewarding journey as a Learning Support Assistant, working in a specialist school in Reading for boys and girls aged 7-16 with complex and significant challenges.
This role is not just about academic support – it’s about instilling self-belief, nurturing potential, and helping students overcome barriers caused by their personal experiences.
