The school cater to students with complex needs, learning disabilities as well as social, emotional and mental health needs. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, the candidate would be responsible for providing students with 1-1 support and attention throughout the school day. The candidate would be encouraging students to maintain focus and work towards achieving independence and life skills. The school are looking for a graduate to join their team and work alongside the support staff and on-site professionals. As an SEN Teaching Assistant you will develop an understanding regarding additional needs and how to support children facing challenges while in education.
