Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the classroom teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
- Provide support to students with their learning activities and personal development.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Offer one-on-one support to students as needed.
- Help with classroom management and organization.
Qualifications:
- Experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a strong desire to help students succeed.
- Relevant qualifications or training in education is a plus.
