Responsibilities:
- Work closely with class teachers to provide individualized support to students with SEN.
- Assist in implementing personalized learning plans and accommodations.
- Foster a nurturing and inclusive environment for all students.
- Support students during classroom activities, ensuring their safety and engagement.
- Collaborate with other professionals, including speech therapists, occupational therapists, and educational psychologists.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children with SEN (either in a school setting or other relevant context).
- Empathy, patience, and a positive attitude.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with teachers, parents, and external specialists.
- Flexibility to adapt to the varying needs of students.
- A commitment to promoting the well-being and progress of SEN students.
