The school educate students with complex needs, learning disabilities as well as social, emotional and mental health needs. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, the candidate would be responsible for providing students with 1-1 support and attention throughout the school day. The candidate would be encouraging students to maintain focus and work towards achieving independence and life skills. As an SEN Teaching Assistant you will develop an understanding regarding additional needs and how to support children facing challenges while in education.
