We are seeking an inspiring and committed SEN Teacher to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities
- Plan, deliver, and adapt lessons to meet the individual needs of pupils with SEN.
- Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and other specialists to provide holistic support.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages confidence and learning.
- Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting strategies to ensure every child achieves their potential.
About You
- A qualified teacher with a Bachelor's degree in Education or SEN Education (essential).
- A passion for supporting children with diverse learning needs and helping them thrive.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to working collaboratively with staff, families, and external professionals.
- A proactive, patient, and empathetic approach to teaching and learning.
