Job Description:Â We are seeking a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special educational needs.
- Providing tailored support and interventions to help students achieve their full potential.
- Collaborating with classroom teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure a holistic approach to each child's education.
- Monitoring and assessing the progress of students, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters learning and development.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience working with children with special educational needs in a primary school setting.
- Strong understanding of SEN best practices and strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting children with diverse needs.
