We are currently working with a specialist school in Reading that provides therapy-focused support for children aged 5 to 18 with Special Educational Needs (SEN). The school is seeking a dedicated and empathetic SEN Specialist to join their supportive team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain practical experience working alongside experienced SEN practitioners and therapists.

This position is perfect for individuals aiming to build a career in Education, Teaching, or Mental Health. As an SEN Specialist, you'll support children with Autism, behavioural challenges, sensory processing needs, and communication difficulties. Many students also face co-occurring mental health conditions, making this role particularly suitable for those with an interest in psychology or therapeutic interventions.
