As a Category Manager, you will be the commercial leader for your designated category. Your expertise will be essential in shaping and delivering strategies that ensure they remain at the forefront of our commercial activities.
Key Responsibilities as a Category Manager:
- Develop and execute comprehensive, end-to-end category management strategies.
- Provide deep category expertise and offer market insights, including identifying and managing category-level risks.
- Oversee a portfolio of suppliers, ensuring contracts are continuously optimized and delivering added value throughout their lifecycle.
- Lead and assess competitive tenders and proposals for the supply of goods and services.
- Ensure accurate and timely project reporting using available tools.
What You'll Bring to the Role:
- Significant experience in strategic category management, from planning to implementation.
- Strong ability to influence, engage, and inspire internal and external stakeholders to drive change.
- Confidence in challenging industry norms and seeking opportunities for long-term performance improvements.
- Expertise in managing complex supplier negotiations, with contract values up to 拢100m.
- Experience working within complex supply chain environments.
- Excellent prioritization skills and the ability to manage risk and complexity effectively.
