Procurement Manager

NonStop's Client is looking for a Procurement Manager to join a Central Government Body. This opportunity will offer you stability through the current challenging market, as it is an 18 month Hybrid contract position.

This is a superb opportunity for someone wanting to work within the Nuclear Environment which is highly regulated.

You will be a skilled Procurement Specialist with extensive experience in complex procurement processes, including end-to-end sourcing and category strategy development.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Implement cost-effective solutions aligned with the Procurement Management Framework.
  • Conduct market analysis and supplier benchmarking to drive category performance.
  • Manage commercial risks, forecast spend, and foster supplier relationships per SRM guidelines.
  • Bring expertise in utilities, construction, or electrical industries, with proven knowledge of NEC3 & NEC4 contracts.

An Active Clearance is required for this role.
