Techunite Ltd are recruiting on behalf of a highly successful and expanding company, for a Shipping Manager to oversee the daily management of all inbound and outbound shipping activities for assigned regions.
This role sits in the supply chain team and there is 1 direct report to look after. Based on site in Reading.
Key Experience & Skills
- Good logistics knowledge
- Knowledge of import and export procedures
- Knowledge of HS codes
- Salesforce experience ideal
- NetSuite experience ideal

Key Responsibilities
- Day to day management of all shipping activities including supplier performance and the team KPI鈥檚
- Maintain both inbound and outbound carrier relationships
- Manage assigned direct reports
- Responsible for logistics cost management including cost control and budget setting
- Management of shipping pricing in Salesforce.
- Owner of shipping team process maps
- Act as a stakeholder for any future Logistics projects including competitive tendering and system integration activities
- Any other duties deemed necessary
