Actio Recruitment is assisting our client, a leading PCB manufacturer in Reading, with their search for a Surface Mount Technician.

The Role:

• Operate and assemble using pick-and-place SMT machines.
• Work with surface mount components and assist in soldering and PCB assembly.
• Ensure quality standards are met throughout the production process.

• Experience with surface mount components, soldering, or PCB assembly is essential.
• Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
