I just wanted to reach out as I am on the lookout for a Stock Condition and EPC Surveyor to cover Reading working with a well-respected organisation. The reason for the role opening up is they are looking to expand their team and are looking for someone who is determined and driven to join this team. The Stock Condition role will be paid by survey depending on the different type of properties.Just Stock Condition Surveys:House- £24-£25Flat-£18Block- £27-£28Stock Condition Surveys and EPC Assessments:House-£40Flat-£30Responsibilities of the Stock Condition Surveyor and EPC Assessor role:
  • Write up reports of the properties and relay information back to the manager
  • Assist with the completion of regular stock audits to ensure properties are developed and managed effectively
  • Collate detailed stock condition information
  • Complete EPC Assessments on these properties
