  • Providing technical support to the General Manager, assisting in all aspects of sales and technical operations, while reporting directly to senior management.
  • Proactively engaging with potential customers, identifying sales opportunities and developing tailored solutions to meet their specific technical requirements.
  • Conducting machine trials and testing, ensuring the correct equipment is selected for each unique application, and overseeing the design of custom riveting tooling to optimize performance.
  • Preparing and presenting detailed trial reports and quotations, engaging directly with clients to explain the results and technical aspects of machine trials, while ensuring their needs are met throughout the sales process.
  • Managing post-sale customer relationships, including coordinating machine acceptance trials and addressing any after-sales support needs to ensure ongoing satisfaction and success.
Technical Sales EngineerEssential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
  • Experience working in field or technical sales.
  • An engineering background and ability to read and understand technical drawings.
  • Experience of Microsoft Office packages.
  • A clean driving license and willingness to travel and occasionally stay away.
