About the Role

As a 3rd Line Voice Engineering Specialist, you will:

  • Manage complex customer queries and ensure SLAs are consistently met.
  • Configure and troubleshoot VoIP systems (e.g., C20, Q21, DMS100) and voice protocols like SIP, IUP, and ISUP.
  • Collaborate with customer engineering teams and internal stakeholders to resolve challenges.
  • Play a vital role in innovation, continuous improvement, and ensuring network reliability.
  • Provide essential on-call support for pre-planned night shifts.
