My client a leading Telecoms Company is looking for an experienced Voice Engineer for a 6-month contract, where you will play a key role in resolving complex technical issues and contributing to design solutions. You will provide operational engineering support for both core and local network configurations, including next-generation networks. You will also support and potentially lead team initiatives and ensure that SLAs are consistently met or exceeded.

The role offers flexible working with occasional travel to customer site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a primary customer interface for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
  • Contribute to the design and configuration of network solutions
  • Support next-generation network configurations and operational needs
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless project execution and SLA adherence

Required Skills:

  • Strong experience in voice configuration within VoIP (C20, Q21) and/or DMS100 environments
  • Knowledge of voice protocols, including SIP, IUP, and ISUP
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and perform SIP analysis across complex networks
  • Team-oriented with excellent collaboration skills
