Job Title: Agile Delivery Manager - SOC Modernisation (Cyber Security)
Rate: Up to £325 per day (Outside IR35)
Location: London / Berkshire
Duration: 3 months
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of a SOC Modernisation project within the Cyber Security domain. The role involves driving Agile processes, managing stakeholders, and ensuring successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Agile ceremonies and manage delivery processes.
Engage and manage stakeholders to align priorities.
Produce clear project reports and documentation.
Coach teams on Agile principles and best practices.
Apply Cyber Security expertise to SOC Modernisation challenges.
Requirements
Experience: 4+ years as ADM/SM on mixed software/implementation projects.
Certifications: Proven Scrum Master experience or PSM certification.
Skills: Strong stakeholder management, communication, reporting, and coaching abilities.
Cyber Security: 2+ years of experience in Cyber Security, preferably with SOC exposure.
