Essential responsibilities will include.

• Assisting the Head of Projects with project duties including but not limited to those listed below.

• Manage customer relationship and satisfaction.

• Setting and managing customer expectations trough continuous correspondence and meetings, charring project meetings, responding to client feedback to achieve a successful delivery and satisfied customer.

• Ensure there is full understanding of the company’s contractual obligation to the customer and existing S&B supply/ maintenance contracts are adhered to and executed in accordance with the contract, ensure that works fall within the contract requirements.

• Lead the implementation of projects to ensure that all milestones of the projects are met and all the customer concerns are addressed and resolved by the specified or contractual dates

• Have an understanding of technical and software aspects of parking systems and back-office operations.

• Production and updating of all required project documentation. Including but not limited to.

• Monitor and manage project budgets; interface with S&B finance department to prepare and submit invoices when due; approve invoices from sub-contractors; determine relevant costs, prepare and submit commercial offers for opportunities that may arise.

• Ensure that products are scheduled for manufacture in the S&B factory and delivered to the Customer when needed.

• Ensure that software development is scheduled with the S&B development team and delivered as per the project schedule.

• Supervise and co-ordinate site implementation work and manage necessary subcontractors for installation and commissioning activities.

• Prepare any necessary Method Statements Risk Assessments and Health and Safety Documentation; ensure works carried out in accordance with Health and Safety Regulations.

• Work with Service Department to ensure resources for implementation are allocated appropriately.

• Produce all required project documentation as per the company process and as specified by the Head of Projects.

• Attend sites to conduct surveys of existing infrastructure.

• Ordering of third party equipment. (intercom, civils, signs, shelters etc.)

• Produce FAT documentation such as a schematic, config document & IP schedule.

• Arrange handover of completed project to the Service department including documentation.

• Make sure the implementation programme is delivered on time, to quality and within budget.

• Effective customer engagement and stakeholder management throughout.

• Continuous work to improve customer satisfaction.

Skills we can’t do without

• Proven successful experience with delivering software and hardware implementation programmes.

• Excellent written and verbal presentation skills.

• Excellent knowledge in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Projects and Outlook.

• Fluency in written and spoken English.

• Able to establish a good rapport with a range of stakeholders internal and external and business, (hardware and software).

• Demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement and self-development.

• A Prince2 qualification, or willingness to undertake if the near future.
