Responsibilities:
Systems Implementation:
- Support in the implementation and management of Sage Intacct software.
- Lead implementation of Procure Wizard, P2D and WebExpenses ensuring new systems use Sage Intacct Chart of Accounts and dimensions.
- Provide training and support to team members on system usage and best practices.
Reporting:
- Support work on the Snowflake (data lake) implementation to ensure one version of the truth.
- Support in the design of reports for the business from Snowflake to ensure impactful dashboards and reports, presenting complex data in a clear and actionable format.
- Lead maintaining dashboards, creating extra reports once the 3rd party developers have finished and ensure training / adequate documentation.
Ad Hoc:
- Working closely with the Head of Finance and assisting on day to day finance systems related tasks
Requirements:
- Technical Proficiency: Strong expertise in implementation of finance systems.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Team Player: Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment.
