Infrastructure Manager

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage and maintain the company’s internal servers, networking, and communications systems across departments.
  • Oversee company data centers and ensure the optimal functioning of rack systems.
  • Provide hands-on support, troubleshooting, and resolution of system issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Take charge of the company’s phone system, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Provide 24x7 cover for critical company systems, ensuring constant availability and rapid resolution of any issues.
  • Lead and manage the IS department and staff,
  • Investigate, report, and propose improvements to company infrastructure, guiding its future direction and helping it scale effectively.
