They are seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead the successful delivery of a digital RFID roll out programme across multiple sites in the UK and EU.You will be responsible for overseeing a team of Operations Managers and Project Managers, ensuring seamless execution of technology-driven operational improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of a major digital transformation (RFID tracking) programme across UK & EU sites.
- Oversee and manage a team of Operations Managers and Project Managers to ensure smooth implementation and execution.
- Drive operational efficiencies and continuous improvement across the project roll out.
- Monitor project performance, ensuring milestones, budgets, and objectives are met.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify risks, troubleshoot challenges, and implement effective solutions.
- Provide strategic input into the broader business strategy and digital roadmap.
About You:
- Proven experience in a senior operations management role within a digital transformation context preferably within a supply chain, retail or logistics environment.
- Track record of leading digital transformation or technology rollout programmes across multiple locations.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams, including Operations and Project Managers.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage and influence key partners.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Flexibility to travel across UK and EU sites as required.
