Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance, repair, and installation tasks on building fabric elements.
- Ensure all work is carried out to the highest standards of safety and quality.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance activities.
- Respond to emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete tasks and projects.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
Shift Patterns:
Core Hours:
- Week 1: Monday - Friday: 07:00 - 16:00
- Week 2: Monday - Friday: 07:00 - 16:00
Rota:
- Week 3:
- Monday & Tuesday: 07:00 - 16:00
- Wednesday: 07:00 - 11:30 (1/2 day)
- Thursday & Friday: Off
- Week 4:
- Saturday: 07:30 - 19:30
- Sunday: 09:30 - 17:30
- Monday - Friday: 11:30 - 20:30 (On Call week)
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Fabric Engineer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work the described shift patterns, including weekends and on-call duties.
- Relevant qualifications and certifications in building maintenance or related fields.
