Engineering Supervisor
Fantastic opportunity to work in a large, modern commercial building in central Reading. Our client is looking for an experienced Supervisor to manage the team of 4. On offer is a salary of up to £44,000 with Overtime opportunities.
Duties
Working Monday to Friday you will be responsible for managing your own workload as well as a team of 4 engineers
- The primary function of the role is to manage PPMs and Breakdowns via the CAFM system
- Support the management team with delivery of any extra non contractual works.
- Ensure health and safety is adhered to and all paperwork is complete to correct standards.
- Ensure reactive maintenance is undertaken in accordance with the contract.
- Manage minor improvements.
- Attend client meetings.
- Manage contractors.
Requirements
- Fully qualified to recognised Electrical Engineering standard (HNC, HNC C&G)
- Previous experience of supervising and running a commercial building.
- Previous experience of planned and reactive maintenance.
- Experience of working in a building services environment.
