  • Enthusiastically quote luxury travel experiences, leaving every potential client in awe of your friendliness, knowledge, and professionalism. Highlight our unbeatable prices and exceptional service promises.
  • Promptly follow up with everyone who has received a quote but hasn't booked yet, using your persuasive skills to encourage them to make a reservation.
  • Clearly explain reservation terms and conditions, collect payments, and meticulously ensure all elements of the holiday (accommodation, flights, activities, etc.) are accurately booked and charged. Pay special attention to dietary and mobility needs.
  • Make precise amendments to client bookings as needed and relay details to our Customer Services team.
  • Address any client questions with a deep understanding of our travel products, services, features, and pricing.
  • Keep yourself updated with the latest travel industry trends, benchmarks, and best practices.
  • Travel to various destinations to gain firsthand knowledge of our offerings, enhancing your sales skills and performance.

What you'll need to succeed

Previous customer service experienceHave your own car and a full driving licence.

Be based in ReadingGood telephone manner and interpersonal skills are imperative while dealing with clients who are high-net-worth individuals.

You must also have problem-solving skills, be a team player, have good time-management skills.
