Job Title:Vehicle Technician
Location:Toyota, Reading
Salary:Up to £45,000 basic (depending on experience and brand accreditations) +uncapped OTEof £12,000+.

Plus£2000 Joining Bonus and £2000pa once passing your Proace 5 day training.

Hours:Monday to Friday 8.30 to 17.00, 1 in 3 Saturdays 8.00 to 13.00. (Saturdays paid at 1.5 hours overtime)

We have an exciting opportunity for an experiencedVehicle Technicianto join our thrivingToyota ReadingDealership. Key Responsibilities:.
  • Conduct fault finding and diagnosis using advanced diagnostic tools.
  • Complete major and minor vehicle repairs with precision and efficiency.
  • Handle routine maintenance, including light and full-service work.
  • Order relevant parts and ensure repair and maintenance meet the highest standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as Service and Parts, keeping all stakeholders informed.
  • Meet or exceed efficiency and productivity targets.
  • Carry out road tests and communicate findings with customers.
What Youll Need:
  • Avalid MOT licencewould be helpful but not essential.
  • Proven experience working to efficiency and productivity targets.
  • A meticulous approach to work, ensuring no repeat visits for customers.
  • A passion for the automotive industry and a desire to learn and grow, including hybrid vehicle knowledge.
