JR128: Fleet Support Coordinator
Location: Reading
Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 Per Annum
Overview:
First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Fleet Support Coordinator on behalf of one of our clients.
Our client encourages applications from ex-military personnel however all candidates will be given due consideration.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Booking and scheduling servicing, MOT’s, PMI’s and other general maintenance for customers
- Liaising with our technicians and external garages
- Liaising with customers for drop off / pick up
- Managing breakdowns for customers
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience working as a Transport Manager or Workshop Controller
- Experience in a service department within a dealer network. (desirable)
- Understanding of MOT's. PMI's and general maintenance for vehicles
- Excellent customer service skills
