As a Youth Behaviour Mentor - Theale, you will work with young learners in a Primary school with Year 5 children who portray nonconforming behaviour that needs specialist adult intervention. A Youth Behaviour Mentor - Theale will implement specific strategies, provide emotional support and promote positive habits that will improve their overall well-being and social interactions with their peers.

The Primary senior leadership team are looking for an individual who demonstrates excellent behavioural management skills, is committed to improving the life of a challenging young person and is able to easily adapt their approach and strategies to the specific needs of the individual. Relevant experience of working with difficult behaviour, mental health issues or SEN children is admirable for the Youth Behaviour Mentor - Theale position.
