We are seeking a Warehouse Operative to join our team in Tilehurst. This role is ideal for someone who is efficient, organised, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment. The position offers a stable work schedule and is perfect for individuals looking for an immediate start.

Day-to-day of the role:

Loading and unloading goods of goods up to 25kg
Checking for damaged or missing items and then sorting stock for storage in the warehouse.
Keeping a clean and safe working environment and optimising space utilisation.
Operating and handling equipment and machinery following safety guidelines.
Picking and packing orders with attention to detail.
Managing inventory by utilising RF scanning equipment and maintaining detailed logs.
Coordinating with the logistics team to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience in a warehouse role is preferred but not essential.
Good organisational and time management skills.
Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
Basic computer skills for managing inventory.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
High level of diligence and attention to detail.
