Scientific Administrator – Reading – 6 months £12.93 per hour

Working within R&D division, which is a customer focused science led and results driven department and performs a wide range of analytical analysis for a variety of pharmaceutical, healthcare and food companies to support research and innovation.

Duties are to ensure the day to day efficient administration of samples received I into the department, ensure samples are logged into the LIMS, sub-sample multi-lab project samples, adhering to QSOP, liaise with customers to ensure correct information is available, ensure customer requirements are met in a timely manner,  work in an organized manner within tight deadlines, to ensure that the project throughput is delivered within 24 hours and to a high quality standard, ensure consistency, technical precision and compliance with methods of work to look an identify improvements, be able to work under pressure and adapt to  meet an every changing customer environment. Work to the highest standards and SOPS are understood and followed, understand and work to the requirements of GMPO and UKAS regulations. Successful candidates will have experience of working in a regulated environment and meticulous.
