What You Will Do:

  • Accurately log samples into the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) ensuring timely processing.
  • Facilitate the efficient throughput of samples from receipt to laboratory, maintaining a high-quality standard.
  • Sub-sample multi-lab project samples in strict adherence to QSOP-149 requirements.
  • Act as a liaison between the company and its clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with colleagues across departments, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Collaborate with Operational Teams to meet customer requirements promptly, adapting to an ever-changing customer environment.


What You Will Bring:

  • Proven administrative experience, ideally within a regulated environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of effective communication both internally and with clients.
  • A flexible, adaptable approach to meet the dynamic needs of customers and the business.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, coupled with an organised, meticulous approach to tasks.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken, to ensure clear and professional communication.
