Job Title:聽Customer Experience Executive
Salary: 拢22,500 annum + bonus 聽
Location: Near St Albans
Contract: Full time, Permanent- Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm (37.5 hours per week)

RESPONSIBILITIES
路Supporting the Account Managers with their account base
路Answering incoming customer related queries
路Managing customer cases for faults and billing issues
路Making sure systems are updated and accurate
路Coordinating the training schedule for self growth
路Competitor analysis and keeping up to date with market trends
路Being an all-round advocate within the business and team
路Making sure customer retention stays at the targeted rate
路Handling customer feedback and complaints on the phone and e-mail
路Developing knowledge to be able to educate customers
路Creating opportunities to benefit customers
