Salary: £22,500 to £25,000 (DOE)

An excellent opportunity to join a small team based in St Albans, supporting their customers, dealing with queries and processing orders.
 
The successful applicant will be confident, self-motivated and a fast learner. Our client will also consider entry level candidates with no previous office experience, so if you are looking for your first office-based role, this would be a great opportunity for you!
 
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
 
·Organised and excellent attention to detail.
·Competent with MS Packages
·Excellent customer service skills
·Confident and professional telephone manner
·Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
RESPONSIBILITIES
·Assisting customers with orders and providing excellent customer service.
·Arranging installations, organising engineers' diaries and ordering spare parts.
·Answering inbound customer enquires via telephone and email.
·Processing customer orders on the system.
·Escalating queries to the aftersales team.
·Develop good relationships with customers.
