Anderselite are looking for a Regional Engineer to work with a Tier 1 contractor. My client is looking for a candidate who is able to identify and resolve engineering related issues, as well as providing the alternative solution. You will be working with approx. 10 field engineers completing preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance, fault find, new installation.


This role is office based out of the Warrington, Barnsley or combinations of both.


Key Tasks / Technical Competencies:

• Fulfil Health and Safety responsibilities as defined within the Company Health and Safety Policy, ensuring all site activities are carried out safely.
• Ensure compliance with the Company and Site standards for Quality and Environmental Management.
• Proactively identify and resolve engineering-related issues with a thorough understanding of control systems and instrumentation.
• Analyse and provide optimal solutions to engineering problems.
• Work independently in an assigned region, building strong working relationships with client teams.
• Drive technical excellence, consistency, and process maturity across all operations.
• Share technical knowledge and operational experience with team members.
• Supervise works including labour, plant, and subcontractors.
• Maintain accurate records, including a diary of all site activities.
• Report observations and issues to line managers in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist line managers with the resolution of engineering issues and queries.
• Take off and order materials as needed.
• Monitor and control wastage.
• Produce Risk Assessments, Work Package Plans, Inspection and Test Plans, and other necessary documentation.
• Undertake other tasks as required and authorized by line managers.
