1.3 Main Duties & Responsibilities of the Role1.3.a Ensure that all areas are cleaned to the highest possible standard at all times.1.3.b Adhere to company policies at all times.1.3.c Maintain health and safety standards.1.3.d Ensure personal appearance, including uniform, are of the highest standard at all times in line with company policy.1.3.e Follow site specific policies and procedures, regarding confidentiality & social media & all mentioned in The Redcar Memorandum copy given on Induction.1.3.f Follow Honeydew reporting procedures.1.5 Details of the Role 1.5.a To liaise daily with your supervisor reporting to them any information relevant to the provision of the service 1.5.b To complete all allocated domestic tasks shown on the work schedule for a specific area 1.5.c To maintain all equipment used in a clean, tidy and safe condition. 1.5.d To report any signs of pest infestation to your supervisor. 1.6 Critical Performance Measures (CPMs) / Objectives1.6.a To Maintain your personal hygiene within acceptable standards1.6.b To ensure you observe and abide by all local rules and policies relevant to the site where you work.1.6.c You must report to your supervisor if for any reason you cannot complete the service.1.6.d To perform any other duties which may be reasonably required by your line manager or the company1.6.e Maintain full compliance with ISO 9002 requirements for which you have a responsibility.1.6.f All staff must ensure they are fully compliant with infection control policies and procedures which includeAttendance at mandatory trainingTake all reasonable care to minimise the likelihood of healthcare-associated infections occurring to patients, visitors and staff (including yourself)as a consequence of actions and/or omissions at workCo-operate with ICS in ensuring that all statutory and other requirements are complied with -in particular, compliance with the Health Act 2006:Code of practice for the prevention and control of healthcare -associated infections2.2 Professional QualificationsNVQ level 2 in Healthcare and BICS cleaning certificate.
