Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate shipping logistics, including picking, packing, and dispatching orders
- Prepare and process documentation for domestic and international shipments
- Track and monitor deliveries to ensure timely fulfillment
- Manage stock levels to support smooth operations
- Handle returns, exchanges, and supplier invoices efficiently
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Work closely with internal teams, including lab staff and project managers
- Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed
Job Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday
