Job Title: Maths Teacher

Salary: £150 - £220 per day (Depending on experience)

Contract Type: Daily Supply, Long Term
GSL Education are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Maths Teacher to join our team in Redcar. This is an exciting opportunity for a committed educator to inspire and support students in achieving their academic potential in Mathematics.
Role Overview:
As a Maths Teacher, you will deliver high-quality lessons that engage and challenge students at all levels. You will have the ability to create a positive learning environment and foster a love for Mathematics among your students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and effective Maths lessons tailored to meet the needs of all students.
- Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Maintain high expectations of behaviour and achievement, ensuring students reach their full potential.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop schemes of work and teaching strategies.
- Foster an inclusive and supportive classroom environment that promotes a love for learning.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with a strong background in teaching Mathematics.
- Proven experience in delivering the UK Maths curriculum to secondary school students.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for teaching and the ability to inspire and motivate students.
- An enhanced DBS certificate registered on the update service, or willingness to apply for a new one through GSL Education.
