Reporting to the Financial Controller an Interim Senior Management Accountant is now required for a leading Manufacturing business based in Redditch. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, preparing financial reports, and implementing financial strategies.

Description
- Oversee financial operations within the company.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports.
- Knowledge of stock BOM routes and materials,
- Month end audit and stock take.
- Support the Accounting & Finance department in strategic decision making.
- Involved in perpetual inventory, rather than just year end, good understanding of standard costings.
- Coordinate with external auditors and manage internal controls.
- Participate in budget preparation and forecasting activities.
Profile
A successful Senior Management Accountant should have:
- CIMA qualified.
- Experience of working within a manufacturing environment
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work cross functionally with non finance disciplines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
