Our client, based in Redditch, is currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk on a permanent contract.
This is a full time position however the client is open to part time applicants. The salary is negotiablebased on experience and the role is due to start as soon as possible.
This is a site-based position and the successful candidate will have a background within accounts payable.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Processing c.500 invoices per week
- Matching and batching purchase orders and completely weekly payment runs
- Monitoring the purchase ledger inbox and assisting with queries
- Performing statement and bank reconciliations
- Supporting the team through a system implementation
Experience required:
- Experience required in sales ledger
Skills, knowledge and expertise required:
- Intermediate MS Excel skills
Working hours:
- 37 hours per week
- Monday - Thursday, 8am-5pm and Friday 8am - 11:30am
