Description

This role will ensure supplier invoices are coded and posted correctly, customer invoices are generated and collected efficiently, performing reconciliations and assisting with month-end duties to support monthly management accounts process, also including:

  • Coding and posting supplier invoices
  • Dealing with queries
  • Matching supplier invoices, chasing invoices,
  • Raise and process invoices and credit notes
  • Maintain customer sales ledgers
  • Perform bank reconciliations
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders

Profile

The successful candidate will have:

  • A proven experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable and receivable processes
  • Comfortable with manual processes
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to work part of a team and independently
  • Manufacturing background advantageous
